I'm a software engineering graduate from WGU, though "software engineer" only covers part of what I do. I write code, design interfaces, and build for the web. Whatever a project calls for, I tend to pick it up. The result is work that functions well and doesn't hurt to look at.
I do my best work when I'm figuring something out. Outside the keyboard, I'm either behind a drum kit, chasing 100% completion on a game, or buried in a manga volume.

Mahjong Social
My first site built for a real client. Mahjong Social at Solara is a Norman, OK mahjong studio that needed a proper online presence, not just a landing page. The result is a full multi-page site with live class booking through Acuity Scheduling, a contact form powered by Web3Forms that actually delivers messages, a sitemap and robots.txt for local SEO, and a responsive layout that works as well on a phone as it does on a widescreen. Designing for a real business with real expectations raised the bar past anything a side project demands.
